R.I.P. Calvin

Tonight a friend of mine passed away. He had been in the hospital for two weeks and we thought he was getting better the past few days. He was on a ventilator but was starting to breathe on his own about 60%, but yesterday took a turn for the worst and his organs started to shut down and his parents decided to pull the ventilator out. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain they are going through having to do that to their only son and so close to Christmas. I was never very close to him, but went to school with him since elementary school and we occasionally hung out. He wasn't a bad guy and never deserved this. Life's just not far sometimes!

My friends all still don't know how to feel about everything...im actually not sure about how to feel either. Me and Sarah went to see our friend Julie who Calvin lived with and we all just hung out and talked just remembering him. She's having a very difficult time with this as he was her best friend of 8 years. I think its going to hit her soon and she's going to take it very hard. I just with i could do more for her. But, i guess just being there if she needs anything is really the only thing to do. We don't have any funeral dates yet but im thinking its going to be this weekend or next week sometime.

Thats all for now....

Hey babe...yes, you being there for her is helpful. I know it might not seem like much, but having someone there makes a huge difference.

Love to you and your friends...

Dude, I'm so sorry to hear this. Let me know if there's anything I can do.
